We are particularly aware of the need for confidentiality in dealing with the sale of a business, merger or acquisition, especially in the early stages. Our initial contact with potential buyers or sellers is always in accordance with our client's concurrence and is handled with discretion. Any detailed information will only be released to parties expressing interest as a result of our initial contact on receipt of a signed confidentiality agreement.

Sale Process

Acquiring or disposing of a company can be a time consuming and disruptive process. During this period, it is important that the seller be able to continue running the business with minimal disruption. Once terms have been agreed between the parties, we continue to play an active roll in the selling process, assisting in any further negotiations, liaising between the parties and their advisors, accountants and solicitors ensuring that the transaction is coordinated effectively through to completion.
